Yoon Eun Hye at 6th ASIAN FILM AWARDS (March 19,2012 - HK)

Actress Yoon Eun Hye was on stage as Korea's representative at the Asian Film Festival.

Yoon Eun Hye attended the Asian Film Festival on March 19th at 7pm (Hong Kong time) as an awards presenter. Yoon Eun Hye was the only Korean actor to be invited, and the Asian Film Awards made an invitation for her to be an awards presenter, after considering her popularity in various regions of Asia as a Hallyu star.

Yoon Eun Hye joined the stage with Hong Kong's top star Andy Lau, and presented the "Best New Actor" award. She also attended the red carpet event and received spotlights from many Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Chinese media outlets.

Yoon Eun Hye will return to Korea after the awards ceremony and focus on her school work. Yoon Eun Hye was recently accepted to the Graduate School of Film at Chung-ang University, and has been attending classes. Yoon Eun Hye is examining her next project while focusing on school.

Meanwhile, Korean actors failed to win an award in this year's ceremony. Park Hae Il of "War of Arrows" for "Best Actor", Lee Jae Hoon of "Front Line" for "Best Supporting Actor", and "Front Line" for "Best Screenwriter" and "Best Production Design" were nominated, but none of them were able to win a trophy. This is the first time that a Korean film failed to win an award at the Asian Film Awards.
